We then review your current operation and evaluate possible gains from altered workflows. This produces a plan with specific tasks, goals and budgets, all developed in conjunction with your key employees.
At this point additional software may be selected, or changes in existing software might be suggested.
Actual conversion, training, documentation, and management familiarization are all accomplished in the implementation process.
